Upon submitting your information a member of our team will contact you to begin the Wholesale partnership process, if your zip code is eligible.

Wholesale Guidelines & FAQ's

General Terms

To qualify for a wholesale partnership and become an authorized Beach Blossom Studio retailer, we require a copy of your Tax ID number. Once we authorize you as a Beach Blossom Studio retailer, you will receive an email to create your wholesale account and access the BBS wholesale page. To ensure your zip code protection and continue to carry BBS as the only retailer in your area, you must place an order every 4 months. 

Purchase Minimum

Our purchase and reorder minimum is $300

Custom Items

One of the benefits of partnering with BBS, is we create custom location items for your boutique that your customers are sure to love! Once you have been approved for a wholesale partnership with BBS we will contact you to begin designing your custom pieces. 

Quantity

We do not require an individual quantity amount per piece. Feel free to pick your own unique collection of pieces that you think your customers will love! You are able to increase the quantity of each product on the checkout page, this makes it very easy to adjust your order and is the easiest way to order!

Shipping

Orders are shipped within 7-10 days via USPS, FedEx or UPS. Shipping will be calculated at checkout. During the holidays shipping schedules may be delayed due to circumstances beyond our control. Please allow extra time during the holiday season.

Returns/ Exchanges

All returns and exchanges must be pre-approved within 3 weeks of purchase (21 days). No returns/ exchanges will be made for purchases older than 30 days. We will replace any defective items. Products being returned/ exchanged must be in new condition, unopened and unused. Shipping Charges are non refundable. Customer is responsible for the cost of shipping returned items. A copy of your original receipt must be included in your returned package for proper processing. We are not responsible for lost or stollen packages.

Exchange Program

Retail partners that place an order of $500 or more (every 4 months minimum) are invited to be a part of our exchange program. Members of our exchange program are given the opportunity to exchange their unsold items, in new condition, for new merchandise. (Custom items do not qualify for the Exchange Program. Retailer must pay shipping for exchanged items.)

Branding

At BBS we are dedicated to remaining true to our brand. When you become a retail partner with BBS we will provide you with a welcome kit that includes boxes to beautifully package our items. All of our jewelry will be pre-tagged and ready for you to add your custom prices and SKU's. BBS tags may not to be removed.

At Beach Blossom Studio we create original pieces of art inspired by the beach. We then turn these unique pieces of art into handmade jewelry, apparel, home decor and personal accessories. We are dedicated to bringing the tranquility of the beach to our customers everyday life.

Your location is beautiful and unique. At Beach Blossom Studio we help highlight your boutique location, by offering custom map pieces of your area. We then take these beautiful map items one step further by offering our original pieces of art on the back side of our pillows, bags, and pouches. These unique pieces will not found anywhere else in your area, because of our zip code protection. Partnering with Beach Blossom Studio will help make your boutique a place customers want to return to time and time again.
